Up2Dance Radio ("the App") is a free internet radio streaming application. Your privacy is important to us. This policy explains what information the App collects and how it is used.

The App requires internet access solely to stream live radio audio and retrieve the currently playing track information (song title and artist) from the radio server. No user data is sent to our servers or any third party.
The App may fetch album artwork from third-party music metadata services to display cover art for the currently playing track. These requests contain only the song title and artist name — no personal or device information is included.
The App may store a small amount of data locally on your device (such as cached album artwork) to improve performance. This data never leaves your device and can be cleared by clearing the app's cache or uninstalling the App.
The App does not knowingly collect any personal information from children. The App streams publicly available radio content and does not require any personal data to function.
